Tecnica di produzione:
traditional vinification at 26°c for 8/10 days, with long maceration and malolattic fermentation
Affinamento:
6 months in tonneaux and few months in bottles
Caratteristiche organolettiche:
It’s deep in colour with great intensity, bursting with blackberry fruit juice, blueberry jam and masses of clean varietal Shiraz fruit. It’s well balanced with black liquorice, pepper and spice giving tremendous flavour and length.
